About you

• You are passionate about learning plus have a natural ability for self-development and helping others
  
• You write software for automated testing
  
• You know Agile testing methodologies like BDD, ATDD and can support the team in principles like specification by example
  
• You have a testing certificate like ISTQB or Tmap
  
• You can extend out CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins and add production monitoring where you think is relevant
  
• You have experience in mobile development and know Swift and/or Kotlin
  
• You possess knowledge of common design patterns in mobile development
  
• You can guide others and offer feedback when necessary
  
• You show enthusiasm, entrepreneurship and creativity
  
• You have a bachelors or university degree in IT related study
  
• You live in Málaga
  
• You speak fluent English

The role

As a QA Tester it's your responsibility to maintain a high level of product quality. You work closely with our software development team in an Agile environment. Responsibilities:

• Design automated testing standards and practices
  
• Research, recommend, and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing product quality
  
• Develop manual and automated test cases to increase regression coverage as well as new functionality testing
  
• Execute manual and automated test cases including exploratory testing as needed
  
• Working with the team on implementing and executing performance testing
  
• Build a risk-based test plan for each release
  
• Contribute to the ongoing efforts to refine and improve our test methodologies, software development processes, and internal testing tools
  
• Come up with innovative ideas to automate, and reduce manual effort and increase code test coverage
